PCT/RO/156, INVITATION TO CORRECT DECLARATIONS MADE IN THE REQUEST UNDER PCT RULE 4.17 (PCT Rules 4.17 and 26ter.2(a)). This form is an invitation for the applicant to correct any errors or omissions made in their declaration under PCT Rule 4.17. The corrected declaration must be submitted within 16 months from the priority date, and should be accompanied by a letter explaining the correction. The corrected declaration should be submitted directly to the International Bureau, preferably through ePCT or on paper to the address provided. If the corrected declaration is not submitted within the time limit, the original declaration will be published as part of the international application. Any declaration received after the time limit must be submitted directly to the designated offices concerned.
