PCT/RO/157, INVITATION TO FURNISH TRANSLATION OF INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION AND TO PAY, WHERE APPLICABLE, LATE FURNISHING FEE (PCT Rule 12.4(c) and (e)). This form is used in the international patent application process to notify the applicant that their international patent application has been received by the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), but the application has not been fully complied with PCT Rule 11. In particular, the application may not have been submitted in a language accepted by the IB, or the translation of the application may not be satisfactory. The form requires the applicant to furnish a translation of the international application in a language accepted by the IB, and to pay any late furnishing fees that may apply.
