PCT/RO/107, INVITATION RELATING TO MISSING PARTS OR ERRONEOUSLY FILED ELEMENTS OR PARTS (PCT Rules 20.5(a) and 20.5bis(a)). This form is an invitation issued by the receiving Office in accordance with PCT Rules 20.5(a) and 20.5bis(a). This invitation informs the applicant that certain parts or elements of the international application are missing or have been erroneously filed and invites the applicant to furnish the missing parts or correct the erroneously filed parts within a specified time period. PCT Rule 20.5(a) provides that where the receiving Office finds that any element referred to in Article 11(1)(iii) or (iv) is missing, or that the description, claims or drawings are not in the prescribed language, or that the sequence listing referred to in Rule 13ter.1 is missing, the receiving Office shall invite the applicant to furnish the missing element or sequence listing within a prescribed time limit.
