PCT/RO/149, NOTIFICATION CONCERNING PAPER BEING DISREGARDED OR DOCUMENT CONSIDERED AS NOT HAVING BEEN SUBMITTED (PCT Rules 92.1(b), last sentence, and 92.4(g)(ii)). This form is used in the context of international patent applications filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and is used by the receiving office (RO) to notify the applicant that a paper or document submitted in relation to the international application will be disregarded or considered as not having been submitted. Under PCT Rule 92.1(b), the RO has the authority to disregard any paper that does not comply with the applicable requirements of the PCT or any instructions issued by the RO.
