PCT/RO/127, NOTIFICATION OF DECISION NOT TO ISSUE DECLARATION THAT INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN (PCT Administrative Instructions, Section 312). This form is a notification of decision issued by the International Bureau (IB) in response to a request to issue a declaration that an international application is considered withdrawn under PCT Administrative Instructions Section 312.
