PCT/RO/108, INVITATION TO REQUEST RECTIFICATION (PCT Rules 91.1(h) and 91.2). This form is used in the international patent application process under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). PCT Rule 91.1(h) allows the ISA or IPEA to invite the applicant to request rectification of certain errors or omissions in the international application, including errors or omissions in the description, claims, or drawings. The invitation must specify the reasons for the invitation and the time limit for responding. PCT Rule 91.2 sets out the procedure for responding to the invitation.
