Description

PCT/RO/112, NOTIFICATION CONCERNING EXPRESSIONS, ETC., NOT TO BE USED IN THE INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION (PCT Rule 9). This form is used in the context of international patent applications filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and is used by the receiving office (RO) to notify the applicant of expressions or terms used in the international application that are not permitted under PCT Rule 9. PCT Rule 9 sets out the requirements for the contents of the international application, including the language in which it is to be filed, the description of the invention, and the claims. The rule also specifies certain expressions, terms, and indications that should not be used in the international application, such as expressions that are considered to be offensive or misleading. If the receiving office determines that the international application contains expressions, terms, or indications that are not permitted under PCT Rule 9, they will issue a notification to the applicant using the PCT/RO/112 form. The form will specify the expressions or terms that are not permitted and provide instructions for the applicant to amend the application accordingly. www.FormsWorkflow.com
