Notification That International Application Considered To Be Withdrawn {PCT-RO-143}

PCT/RO/143, NOTIFICATION THAT INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION CONSIDERED TO BE WITHDRAWN (PCT Article 14(4) and Rule 29.1). This form is a notification informs the applicant that their international application is considered to be withdrawn because it does not comply with all the requirements for according an international filing date. It also indicates that a prior notification (Form PCT/RO/115) was sent to the applicant, stating the intention to declare the application considered withdrawn. The notification further indicates that the applicant did not submit arguments within the prescribed time limit or that their arguments were considered but not found persuasive. It may also state that the applicant did not submit a written notice confirming the incorporation by reference of a missing element or that their request for incorporation by reference was refused. Finally, the notification confirms that the requirements which were indicated in the prior notification were not complied with on the date that was accorded as the international filing date.
