PCT/IB/307, NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL OF INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION OR DESIGNATIONS (PCT Rules 90bis.1 and 90bis.2 and Administrative Instructions, Section 415(a)). This form is used to notify the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) of the withdrawal of an international application or designation(s) under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). According to PCT Rules 90bis.1 and 90bis.2, an applicant may withdraw their international application or a designated state/region at any time before the international application is deemed to be withdrawn or the designated state/region has begun the national phase.
