PCT/IB/317, NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL OF PRIORITY CLAIM (PCT Rule 90bis.3 and Administrative Instructions, Section 415(a) and (b)). This form is used to notify the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) of the withdrawal of a priority claim made in an international application under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). According to PCT Rule 90bis.3, an applicant may withdraw their priority claim at any time before the international application is deemed to be withdrawn or the priority claim has been considered by the receiving Office or the International Searching Authority.
