PCT/IB/326, NOTIFICATION CONCERNING TRANSMITTAL OF COPY OF INTERNATIONAL PRE-LIMINARY REPORT ON PATENTABILITY (CHAPTER I OF THE PATENT COOPERATION TREATY) (PCT Rule 44bis.1(c)). This form is a notification issued by the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to the applicant of a PCT application. This notification informs the applicant that a copy of the International Preliminary Report on Patentability (IPRP) has been transmitted to them by the International Bureau.
