PCT/IB/326, NOTIFICATION CONCERNING TRANSMITTAL OF COPY OF INTERNATIONAL PRE-LIMINARY REPORT ON PATENTABILITY (CHAPTER I OF THE PATENT COOPERATION TREATY) (PCT Rule 44bis.1(c)). This form is a notification issued by the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to the applicant of a PCT application. This notification informs the applicant that a copy of the International Preliminary Report on Patentability (IPRP) has been transmitted to them by the International Bureau. The IPRP is prepared by the International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) and provides an opinion on the patentability of the claimed invention. The notification is issued in accordance with PCT Rule 44bis.1(c), which requires the International Bureau to transmit a copy of the IPRP to the applicant as soon as possible after it has been established. The notification may also include other relevant information, such as the deadline for submitting amendments or arguments in response to the IPRP. The purpose of this notification is to inform the applicant of the results of the International Preliminary Examination and provide them with an opportunity to respond.
