PCT/IB/320, NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTIVE POWER OF ATTORNEY OR DEFECTIVE REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY (PCT Rules 90.4(c) and 90.6(e)). This form is a notification issued by the International Bureau of WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) under PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) Rules 90.4(c) and 90.6(e). Under PCT Rule 90.4(c), if the International Bureau determines that a power of attorney or a revocation of a power of attorney is defective, it must notify the applicant of the defect and invite them to remedy it within a specified period of time.
