FORM 13.4 - WAIVER OF PARTIAL ACCOUNT. This form is used in the Stark County Probate Court allows the fiduciary of a deceased person’s estate to request relief from filing a required partial account by submitting this waiver instead. According to Ohio Revised Code § 2109.30(B)(2), this form is appropriate when all of the decedent’s legatees, devisees, or heirs who are not under legal disability agree to forgo the formal filing of the partial account.
