PCT/RO/119, NOTIFICATION OF REFUND OF FEES (PCT Rules 15.6 and 16.2 and Administrative Instructions, Section 326(c)). This form is a notification issued by the receiving Office in accordance with PCT Rules 15.6 and 16.2 and the PCT Administrative Instructions, Section 326(c). This notification informs the recipient that fees paid in connection with an international application have been refunded.
