Description

PCT/RO/115, NOTIFICATION OF INTENTION TO MAKE DECLARATION THAT INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN (PCT Article 14(4) and Rule 29.4). This form is a notification issued by the receiving Office in accordance with PCT Article 14(4) and Rule 29.4. This notification informs the applicant that the receiving Office intends to declare that the international application will be considered withdrawn based upon the tentative finding that the requirements under Article 11(1) were not complied with at the time the international filing date was accorded. PCT Article 14(4) provides that if the international application does not comply with the prescribed requirements within a time limit set by the receiving Office, the receiving Office shall make a declaration that the international application is considered withdrawn. Rule 29.4 further specifies that the receiving Office shall notify the applicant of its intention to make such a declaration and give the applicant an opportunity to remedy the deficiencies within a prescribed time limit. If the applicant disagrees with this tentative finding, the applicant may, within the time limit indicated above, submit to this receiving Office arguments to that effect. www.FormsWorkflow.com
