PCT/RO/125, NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF PAPERS PURPORTING TO BE AN INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION (PCT Administrative Instructions, Section 301). This form is a notification issued by the receiving Office in accordance with the PCT Administrative Instructions, Section 301. This notification informs the recipient that the receiving Office has received papers purporting to be an international application and provides further information regarding the status of the received papers. When a person or entity files papers with a receiving Office that purport to be an international application, the receiving Office will review the papers to determine whether they comply with the requirements for an international application under the PCT. If the papers do comply with the requirements, the receiving Office will accord a filing date to the international application. PCT/RO/125 is issued when the receiving Office receives papers that purport to be an international application but are not in compliance with the requirements for an international application.
