JD-1802 - ORDER FOR TRIAL REUNIFICATION. This form is used in the Wisconsin Circuit Court to document the court’s findings and orders regarding a request for trial reunification of a child or juvenile with their family. The court records whether a notice and request for trial reunification was filed and whether any objections were received or a hearing was held. It determines if the trial reunification is in the best interests of the child or juvenile and whether it satisfies the objectives of the permanency plan. The court then either grants or denies the request for trial reunification. If granted, the order specifies the trial reunification period, which generally lasts up to 90 days from the date of the order, and the location where the trial reunification will occur, usually the home of the parent or guardian.
