P-1.0800 - NOTICE OF TRUST. This form is used in a probate case in the Circuit Court of a specific county in Florida to notify interested parties that a trust exists related to the estate of a deceased individual. The notice states that the deceased, identified as a resident of the specified county, was the settlor of a trust. It includes the name of the trust and the date it was established.
