P-1.0500 - FORMAL NOTICE. This form is used to provide formal notice to a party involved in a probate case in the Circuit Court of a specific county in Florida. The purpose of this notice is to inform the recipient that a particular document (referred to as a "pleading" or "motion") has been filed with the court, and they are required to respond to it. The form instructs the recipient to serve written defenses on the undersigned within 20 days after service of this notice, exclusive of the day of service, and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of the above court either before service or immediately thereafter.
