P-1.0315 - CAVEAT BY INTERESTED PERSON (Other Than Creditor—Resident). This form is used in the Circuit Court for a specific county in Florida for the purpose of filing a Caveat by an Interested Person in an estate probate case. The form is intended for resident caveators who have an interest in the estate of the deceased individual named in the form. The caveator states their interest and provides information about the deceased's last known residence address, social security number (if known), and year of birth (if known).
