This form is used in the Michigan Judicial Circuit – Family Division to notify an individual that a court hearing has been scheduled to decide whether their temporary detention in a facility should continue. This notice informs the individual that the court has already issued an ex parte order for their detention and provides the date, time, and location of the hearing, along with the judge presiding.
