Description

GN-3570 - APPLICATION TO AUTHORIZE; CONFIRM SALE/MORTGAGE/LEASE OF REAL ESTATE OF WARD UNDER GUARDIANSHIP (MINOR AND ADULT GUARDIANSHIP). This form is used in the Wisconsin Circuit Court by a guardian of the estate, a relative of the ward, or a person acting on their behalf to request the court’s authorization or confirmation for the sale, mortgage, or lease of real estate owned by a ward under guardianship, whether a minor or an adult. The applicant declares their relationship to the ward and asks the court to either authorize the guardian to complete the transaction or to approve and confirm a pending agreement regarding the ward’s real estate. The form requires a description of the property involved and attachment or forthcoming submission of any relevant contracts or agreements. The applicant must affirm that the transaction does not conflict with any will or conveyance under which the ward acquired the property. The request is typically based on reasons such as the ward’s combined personal property and income being insufficient to cover debts or support, or that the property needs to be disposed of to prevent waste, dilapidation, or unproductiveness, or due to other particular circumstances affecting the ward’s interests. §§54.20(3)(g), 54.22 and Chapter 786, Wisconsin Statutes. www.FormsWorkflow.com
