AOC-CR-340 - INTERLOCK LIMITED DRIVING PRIVILEGE IMPAIRED DRIVING OR OPEN CONTAINER OR UNDERAGE ALCOHOL VIOLATION (N.C. CONVICTIONS ONLY). This form is used in North Carolina courts to grant a limited driving privilege to a person whose driver’s license has been revoked due to certain alcohol-related offenses, including impaired driving, open container violations, or underage alcohol offenses under state law.
