The Motion alleges facts that require an evidentiary hearing. It is ORDERED that: 1. The petitioner may prosecute this proceeding without providing for the payment of costs. 2. The attorney named below is appointed and directed to represent the petitioner in this proceeding and is given the number of days listed below to contact the petitioner and to amend the petition if the attorney deems such to be in the best interests of the petitioner.
