SC-107 / L-520 - SMALL CLAIMS SUBPOENA FOR PERSONAL APPEARANCE AND PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS AND THINGS AT TRIAL OR HEARING AND DECLARATION. This is a California Judicial Council form used in small claims cases to require a witness to appear at a hearing and, if requested, produce documents or other evidence.
