Petition For Expedited Relief From Occupational License Action {DR-335}

DR-335 - PETITION FOR EXPEDITED RELIEF FROM OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE ACTION. This form is used in the Alaska Superior Court when an individual challenges a decision by the Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) that they are not in substantial compliance with a child support order. Such a decision can block the individual from obtaining or renewing their occupational license, which may directly impact their ability to work and earn income. This petition allows the filer to request expedited judicial review before the license expires, provided they meet one of four grounds: there is no current support order in effect, they are not the person responsible under the support order, their arrears are less than four times their monthly obligation, or they are making their best efforts to pay arrearages.
