GF-166 - NOTICE TO SUBMIT STANDARD COURT FORM. This form is used by the Wisconsin Circuit Court to notify a party in a case that a submitted court form is either a non-standard version or does not comply with the Wisconsin Court System’s eFiling format requirements. The notice identifies the form(s) at issue and instructs the recipient to resubmit the correct form(s) within 10 business days. Failure to comply within that timeframe may result in statutory fees or costs.
