GF-303 - ORDER ON PETITION FOR ADULT ADOPTION. This form is used in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court to document the court's decision on a Petition for Adult Adoption. It is completed after a hearing at which both the petitioner(s) and the adult to be adopted are present. The form records the court’s findings on whether the adoption is in the best interests of the individuals involved and includes the court’s final decision to either grant or deny the petition.
