This form s a notification issued by the International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) under PCT Rule 92.4(c). This notification concerns the attempted transmission of documents via telegraph, teleprinter, facsimile machine, or other means of telecommunication. Under PCT Chapter II, the IPEA may communicate with the applicant via various means of telecommunication, such as telegraph, teleprinter, facsimile machine, or email.
