Description

PCT/IPEA/432, COMMUNICATION REGARDING AMENDMENTS NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT (PCT Rule 66.4bis). This form is used in the international patent application process under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and by the International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) to communicate with the applicant when amendments made to the application are not taken into account during the international preliminary examination. When an applicant files an international patent application, they may amend the application during the international phase of the PCT process. However, not all amendments made to the application may be taken into account during the international preliminary examination conducted by the IPEA. If the IPEA determines that some of the amendments made to the application are not taken into account during the international preliminary examination, they will use the PCT/IPEA/432 form to communicate this information to the applicant. The communication will specify which amendments were not taken into account and explain the reasons for this. www.FormsWorkflow.com
