PCT/ISA/232, NOTIFICATION CONCERNING PAPER BEING DISREGARDED OR DOCUMENT CONSIDERED AS NOT HAVING BEEN SUBMITTED (PCT Rules 92.1(b), last sentence, and 92.4(g)(ii)). This form is a notification issued by the International Searching Authority (ISA) to inform the applicant that a document submitted with the international application is considered as not having been submitted or will be disregarded in the international search report under PCT Rules 92.1(b) and 92.4(g)(ii). PCT/ISA/232 may be issued if the ISA has determined that a document submitted by the applicant is not relevant to the search and will be disregarded or considered as not having been submitted.
