DR-336 - PETITION FOR EXPEDITED RELIEF FROM DRIVER’S LICENSE ACTION. This form is used in the Alaska Superior Court when an individual challenges a decision by the Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) that they are not in substantial compliance with a child support order. Such a decision can result in the suspension of the person’s driver’s license, which can severely impact their ability to work, travel, and meet obligations. This petition allows the filer to request judicial review before the suspension takes effect, and it must be filed promptly to ensure expedited consideration. The petitioner must show one of four specific grounds for relief: that no support order or payment schedule is currently in effect, that they are not the person responsible for the support order, that their arrears total less than four times their monthly obligation, or that they are making their best efforts to pay what they owe.
