DR-110 - REQUEST TO WAIVE APPEARANCE AT HEARING. This form is used in the Alaska Superior Court during a dissolution of marriage case when one spouse agrees to the terms of the dissolution but cannot attend the final court hearing in person. By completing this form, the spouse affirms under oath that they have reviewed and accept all terms in the petition, including child custody and support arrangements, spousal support, property and debt division, and ownership of animals. The form also confirms that the agreements are fair, in the best interests of any children, and consistent with Alaska law. The spouse acknowledges their understanding of the consequences of the dissolution, waives their right to appear in court, and explains the hardship that prevents their attendance.
