TR-305 - PETITION FOR HALF-PRICED IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE (IID). This form is used in Wisconsin circuit court by a defendant who has been ordered to install an ignition interlock device on their vehicle but cannot afford the full cost due to financial hardship.
