LACIV298 - [MODEL] PAGA SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. This is a Los Angeles Superior Court form used to resolve single-plaintiff wage-and-hour claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) (Labor Code § 2698 et seq.). This revised version (Rev. 01/26) reflects updated statutory allocations under Labor Code § 2699, including the 65% LWDA / 35% aggrieved employee penalty split for notices issued after June 19, 2024.
