LASC CIV 293 - UNLAWFUL DETAINER STIPULATED JUDGMENT. This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court form used to enter a judgment in an unlawful detainer (eviction) case based on a written agreement between the landlord (plaintiff) and tenant (defendant). This form allows the parties to outline agreed terms, including possession of the property, amounts owed for past-due rent or holdover damages, attorney fees and costs, treatment of the security deposit, move-out date, and any payment schedule. It also includes provisions for waiver of rights, possible sealing of the court record under Code of Civil Procedure section 1161.2, and court approval of the stipulation.
