LACIV 163 - STIPULATION RE JURY (CIVIL TRIALS). This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court form used in civil cases to streamline jury trial procedures by agreement of counsel. Through this stipulation, the parties agree to specific protocols regarding jury admonitions, handling of instructions and evidence during deliberations, receipt of verdicts, jury polling, temporary separation of jurors, and the return or release of exhibits after trial.
