JOB OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS Clear agency internal placement programs (e.g. CTAP, RPL). Prepare a job opportunity announcement (JOA) or job ad on USAJobs. Identify and apply special hiring authorities. ACCEPTING & PROCESSING APPLICATIONS Use/apply agency policies and procedures to accept and process applications. Determine if applicant meets ICTAP and/or CTAP criteria. Determine applicant eligibility. Determine applicant qualifications using applicable standards.
