SDSC CIV-119 - JUDGMENT ON SISTER-STATE JUDGMENT. This form is used in San Diego Superior Court to enter a California judgment based on a judgment originally issued in another U.S. state. After an Application for Entry of Judgment on Sister-State Judgment is filed, the clerk enters judgment in favor of the judgment creditor and against the judgment debtor for the specified amount. This process allows enforcement of an out-of-state money judgment in California under Code of Civil Procedure section 1710.25.
