This form is used in San Diego Superior Court to request court approval for immediate enforcement of a sister-state judgment entered in California. After a judgment based on an out-of-state (sister-state) judgment has been recognized, the judgment creditor may seek issuance of a Writ of Execution or an Abstract of Judgment. This form allows the court to grant or deny that request under Code of Civil Procedure section 1710.45.
