Form CM62 - ORDER TO APPOINT AN APPRAISER. This form is used in the Delaware Court of Chancery when the court grants a motion to appoint an appraiser for property owned by a person with a disability or a minor. It designates an appraiser under 12 Del. C. § 3951(c) to evaluate the property identified by its address and tax parcel number. The form sets a deadline for the appraiser to submit the appraisal to the court along with an affidavit. It also directs the guardian or guardians to pay the appraisal fee from the guardianship account within a set time frame and to file proof of payment with the Register in Chancery’s Office.
