A copy of the plan is included with this notice. If you object to confirmation of the plan, you must file an objection within 28 days of the date of service of this notice. Objections must be filed with the Bankruptcy Court Clerk, P.O. Box 546, Albuquerque, NM 87103-0546. Copies must be served on debtor's attorney (name and address below) and the chapter 13 trustee, Kelley L. Skehen, 625 Silver Avenue SW, Suite 350, Albuquerque, NM 87102. If you are an attorney, you must file the objection electronically. If no objections are timely filed, the Court may enter an order confirming the plan without a hearing. If any objections are timely filed, the Court will hold a preliminary hearing on ___________________, 20___, at _________a.m./p.m., in the Court's hearing room, 13th floor of the Dennis Chavez Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 500 Gold Avenue SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
