28.050 Gifts; Realty Plus Valuable Improvements Specific performance of a voluntary agreement or gratuitous promise should not be awarded. If possession of lands has been given under such agreement, upon a valuable consideration and valuable improvement made upon the faith of it, equity will decree the performance of the agreement.
