Description
Form 3DC30 - GARNISHEE ORDER. This form is issued by the District Court of the Third Circuit in the State of Hawai‘i to direct a third party—referred to as the garnishee—to pay or deliver money, wages, goods, or other property owed to or held for a judgment debtor, in order to satisfy a civil judgment. This court order may apply to different types of assets, including wages, salary, commissions, annuities, funds (other than wages), or tangible property in the garnishee's possession. If the garnishee is an employer, the order typically requires them to withhold a portion of the judgment debtor’s income and forward those payments to the judgment creditor until the full judgment amount, including interest and costs, is satisfied. In cases involving non-wage assets, the garnishee must turn over funds or property up to the stated value. If the judgment debtor has a safe deposit box with the garnishee, the order can authorize the creditor to inspect its contents. www.FormsWorkflow.com
