Description
Form 3DC26 - GARNISHEE DISCLOSURE. This form is used in the District Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawai‘i, by a garnishee—typically an employer, financial institution, or other entity in possession of a judgment debtor’s assets—in response to a Garnishee Summons. This form requires the garnishee to disclose whether, at the time of service, they held any money, goods, or property belonging to the judgment debtor, or whether the debtor was owed wages, commissions, or other income. The garnishee must indicate either that they did not hold or owe anything to the debtor, or if they did, they must provide details. This disclosure helps the court and the judgment creditor determine whether and how much can be collected through garnishment. The form includes a certification under penalty of perjury and must be completed and returned to the court within the time specified. www.FormsWorkflow.com
