Stipulated Victim Restitution Order {CRM-215}

SDSC CRM-215 - STIPULATED VICTIM RESTITUTION ORDER. This San Diego Superior Court criminal form is used when the prosecution, defense, and defendant agree on the amount and payment terms of victim restitution. This form allows the parties to specify the restitution amount owed to one or more victims, including 10% annual interest on any unpaid balance as required by Penal Code section 1202.4. It also sets out the monthly payment amount, start date, and where payments will be made, such as directly to the victim, the court, or the Office of Revenue and Recovery.
