Description
JD-HM-2 - SUMMARY PROCESS EXECUTION FOR POSSESSION (EVICTION). This is a Connecticut Superior Court housing form used after a landlord obtains a judgment for possession in an eviction (summary process) case. This form authorizes a State Marshal to carry out the physical eviction by removing the tenant or occupant and restoring possession of the premises to the landlord. It includes required notice to occupants, deadlines to vacate, and detailed procedures for the removal, storage, and possible sale of personal belongings in coordination with the town’s chief executive officer. The execution must be signed by the court clerk and served by a State Marshal, who completes the return of service. C.G.S. §§ 47a-26h, 47a-42. www.FormsWorkflow.com
