CV-408 - ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR HEARING. This form is used in the Circuit Court of the State of Wisconsin to officially document the court’s decision to extend and reschedule a hearing for an injunction in cases involving harassment, domestic abuse, or similar matters. This order may be issued when certain conditions are met, such as the respondent not yet being served with the temporary restraining order despite the petitioner’s due diligence, the parties filing written consent for the extension, or a substitution of judge being requested.
