Description

PR-1905 - ORDER FOR FORMAL ADMINISTRATION. This form is used in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court to document the court’s official decision granting a petition for formal administration of a deceased individual’s estate. It confirms that the petitioner is an interested party, that the court has jurisdiction, and that all required notices were either provided or properly waived. The form outlines whether the decedent died with or without a will and, if applicable, the status of the will and any codicils. Based on the court’s findings, it orders that the estate be administered formally, may admit the will and codicils into probate, and appoints a personal representative (and potentially trustee(s)) to manage the estate or trust, with or without a bond requirement. This order allows for the issuance of domiciliary letters and may include other specific directives, marking the start of formal estate proceedings. If signed by a circuit court judge, it constitutes a final order for purposes of appeal. Chapter 853; §§856.19 and 856.25, Wisconsin Statutes. www.FormsWorkflow.com
