PR-1808 - STATEMENT OF INFORMAL ADMINISTRATION. This is a Wisconsin probate form documenting the probate registrar’s findings and approvals when an estate proceeds through informal administration. The form confirms that a complete application has been filed, jurisdiction and venue are proper, notices or waivers have been satisfied, and any will or codicils submitted are valid, uncontested, and eligible for informal probate. It also affirms that the nominated personal representative is suitable and that no conflicting administration is pending. Once approved, the registrar admits the will, appoints the personal representative, and issues domiciliary letters, with or without bond.
